• Tiket hanya dapat dibeli melalui ahnhyoseop.tiptip.id, tiket hanya dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke acara 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta).

• Nama sesuai dengan kartu identitas yang sah bersifat wajib untuk membeli tiket ke acara 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta). Pastikan Anda melakukan pembelian tiket dengan menggunakan data Anda yang sah dan benar (Kartu Identitas/Kartu Pelajar/KTP/KK/SIM/Paspor). Tiket Anda tidak dapat diubah dan/atau dimodifikasi setelah pembelian sudah dilakukan.

• 1 akun hanya dapat membeli maksimum 4 (empat) tiket per transaksi. Akun dengan NIK, alamat email dan nomor telepon yang sama tidak bisa melakukan pembelian berulang.

• Harga tiket tidak termasuk pajak 10%, biaya admin 5% dan biaya lainnya.

• Setelah Anda berhasil melakukan pembelian tiket, booking confirmation akan dikirimkan ke email Anda.

• Mohon untuk membawa KTP/KK/passport/SIM/kartu pelajar asli sesuai dengan data yang tertera di e-ticket TipTip pada saat penukaran wrisband/tiket.

• Dengan membeli tiket 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta), Anda telah menyetujui pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan penggunaan data pribadi Anda secara terbatas untuk keperluan acara 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta)

• ​Semua penjualan tiket adalah final. Tiket yang telah terjual tidak dapat ditukar dan tidak dapat diuangkan kembali.

• Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian pembeli e-ticket yang mengakibatkan e-ticket jatuh ke tangan orang lain (dalam penguasaan orang lain) untuk dipergunakan sebagai tanda masuk tempat pertunjukan yang menghilangkan hak dari pembeli e-ticket.

• Fanmeeting ini terdiri dari 4 kategori tiket VIP, PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER dimana semua kategori disediakan tempat duduk bernomor.

• Setelah melakukan pembayaran, customer akan konfirmasi pembelian melalui email.

• E-Ticket dengan QR Code beserta seat number akan di kirimkan maksimal H-7 sebelum acara ke alamat email yang digunakan untuk pembelian.

• E-ticket menggunakan sistem QR Code dan berlaku untuk satu kali penukaran wristband. Tanda yang berlaku untuk masuk ke dalam tempat pertunjukan adalah wristband yang sudah ditukarkan dari e-ticket yang sudah didapatkan.

• Mohon tidak membagikan dan menyebarluaskan nomor QR Code di dalam e-ticket dalam aplikasi TipTip baik dalam bentuk unggahan foto atau email dan lainnya. QR Code yang tercantum pada e-ticket bersifat rahasia, tidak boleh rusak dan disebarluaskan kepada siapapun dan ke manapun sampai Anda masuk ke dalam lokasi acara.

• Pemegang tiket wajib menempati posisi yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak penyelenggara sesuai dengan kategori tiket yang dibeli.

• Raffle fan benefit akan diinformasikan di social media TipTip maksimal H-7 acara.

• Penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk mengubah ataupun menambahkan syarat lain pada Syarat & Ketentuan tanpa adanya pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.

Informasi Mengenai Penukaran Wristband

• Waktu dan tempat penukaran wristband akan diinformasikan melalui media sosial TipTip

• Syarat Penukaran Wristband

  • E-ticket TipTip

  • KTP/KK/SIM/paspor/kartu pelajar yang masih berlaku dan asli (nama harus sesuai dengan yang tertera di e-Ticket)

  • Jika penukaran diwakilkan :

    • Surat Kuasa yang ditandatangani (surat kuasa dapat diambil dari link ini)

    • Fotokopi KTP/KK/SIM/paspor/kartu pelajar (sesuai dengan yang tertera di e-Ticket)

    • KTP/KK/SIM/paspor/kartu pelajar yang masih berlaku dan asli sesuai yang tertera pada surat kuasa (penerima kuasa)

• Tidak ada gelang pengganti yang akan dikeluarkan dalam kondisi apapun jika hilang & rusak karena alasan apapun. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas gelang yang hilang, dicuri atau rusak.​​​

• Anak di bawah usia 6 (enam) tahun harus didampingi oleh orang tua atau wali sah yang berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun. Anak yang berusia di atas 3 (tiga) tahun diharuskan memiliki tiket.

Layanan Kebutuhan Khusus

• Terdapat kuota dalam jumlah terbatas untuk tempat duduk yang dapat diakses dengan kursi roda. Untuk mendapatkan otorisasi pemesanan tempat duduk ini, Anda diwajibkan untuk melampirkan Surat Keterangan Dokter yang berasal dari institusi yang sah, baik klinik maupun rumah sakit, beserta surat pernyataan yang ditandatangani suami/istri/keluarga/wali diatas materai. Penyelenggara Acara hanya menerima Surat Keterangan Dokter yang berasal dari institusi yang sah.

• Mohon kirimkan file dalam bentuk PDF ke helpcare@tiptip.id paling lambat tanggal 15 Agustus 2025 dengan subjek "Special Needs Service - 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta) - Nama Lengkap"

• Bagi Ibu hamil wajib membawa surat rekomendasi dari dokter dan surat ijin / surat pernyataan bermaterai dari suami atau keluarga.
   

Perhatian

• Tidak diperbolehkan untuk masuk kembali setelah keluar dari area venue acara.

• Penyelenggara acara berhak melarang untuk masuk ke lokasi penyelenggaraan acara apabila wristband dengan QR Code diketahui telah digunakan untuk pengunjung lainnya.

Kebijakan Umum

• Setiap pemegang tiket yang datang ke area acara bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan, kesehatan, dan keamanan pribadinya sendiri. Penyelenggara/manajemen tidak bertanggung jawab untuk, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada cedera atau kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi kepada pemegang tiket selama atau di dalam acara tersebut.

• Penjualan tiket resmi hanya melalui channel yang telah diinformasikan melalui akun resmi sosial media penyelenggara acara (Instagram @tiptipid, TikTok @tiptip_id, X @tiptip_id) yaitu melalui ahnhyoseop.tiptip.id. Pembelian tiket di luar dari channel resmi menjadi tanggung jawab dan resiko pribadi dari pembeli tiket.

• Pembeli membebaskan penyelenggara acara dan tidak akan mengajukan tuntutan hukum apapun apabila acara/pertunjukan dibatalkan semata-mata karena sebab keputusan sepihak dari artis, pemerintah, ataupun sebab-sebab lain yang berada di luar dari kemampuan dan kehendak dari penyelenggara acara.

• Jika terjadi pembatalan konser, maka tiket akan dikembalikan sesuai dengan ketentuan Penyelenggara. Pengembalian harga tiket tidak termasuk biaya platform, Biaya lainnya dan biaya pribadi pembeli tiket (contoh biaya perjalanan, biaya akomodasi,dll).

• Tiket dijual secara langsung dari penyelenggara ke pembeli tiket. Setiap tiket yang dibeli oleh pelaku usaha atau pedagang tiket dengan tujuan untuk penjualan kembali tiket dan/atau keperluan pemasaran adalah melanggar Syarat & Ketentuan penjualan tiket ini sehingga dapat dianggap menjadi tidak sah dan dibatalkan. Tiket yang dibeli dari website pihak ketiga dan reseller yang tidak sah menjadi tanggung jawab pribadi dan risiko dari pembeli tiket.

• Pemegang tiket memberikan hak kepada pihak penyelenggara acara untuk melakukan perekaman dan penggunaan video dan gambar untuk publisitas, promosi dan keperluan komersial lainnya yang berkaitan dengan 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta) di kemudian hari.

• Penyelenggara acara memiliki hak untuk menolak masuk dan/atau mengeluarkan orang-orang yang tidak menaati syarat dan ketentuan acara beserta orang-orang yang dengan sengaja membuat kerusuhan/menimbulkan hal-hal yang merugikan satu pihak atau pihak lainnya.

• Dengan membeli tiket untuk ke acara 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta), maka pembeli tiket dan pemegang tiket setuju untuk menaati setiap dan seluruh syarat dan ketentuan acara yang ditetapkan dan berlaku dari waktu ke waktu.

• Penyelenggara acara menentang adanya SARA dan perundungan.  Setiap peserta acara yang, menurut penilaian sepihak Penyelenggara, terbukti melakukan tindakan tersebut dapat dikeluarkan dari acara tanpa pengembalian biaya.

• Dilarang untuk mengambil gambar dan/atau video dengan menggunakan kamera dan/atau alat rekam profesional lainnya, termasuk  melakukan Live Streaming di area acara. Penyelenggara Acara berhak mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan, termasuk mengeluarkan Pemegang Tiket dari area acara. 

• Berikut adalah barang barang yang tidak diizinkan masuk ke dalam area acara.

  • Makanan dan minuman

  • Kamera profesional, DSLR, perekam, kamera polaroid, GoPro, Drone etc.

  • Mainan lunak dan hadiah dari penggemar.

  • Ipad/tablet

  • Tongkat selfie, tripod, dll

  • Tas dengan ukuran tidak lebih dari 420mm x 297mm x 210mm

  • Bangku/kursi

  • Payung berukuran lebih dari 25cm dalam keadaan terlipat.

  • Senter dan penunjuk laser.

  • Banner, bendera dll yang berukuran lebih besar dari A4.

  • Senjata, benda tajam/ benda berbahaya lainnya.

  • Minuman beralkohol dan obat-obatan terlarang / tanpa resep.

  • Rokok, vape, rokok elektrik dll.

  • Pemantik api dan barang yang mudah terbakar lainnya.

  • Alat yang dapat membuat kebisingan termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada terompet, peluit dll.

General Terms & Conditions

• Tickets can only be purchased through ahnhyoseop.tiptip.id, tickets are only valid for admission to 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta).

• You will be required to provide your name in accordance to purchase tickets to the 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta). The provided name must match the name indicated on your personal identification document (ID Card/KTP/KK/Student Card/SIM/Passport). Your ticket(s) cannot be changed, modified or transferred once purchased.

• Each account can purchase a maximum of 4 (four) tickets per transaction. Accounts with the same identity number, email address and telephone number will be blocked from attempting to make repeated purchases.

• Ticket price excludes government tax 10%, admin fee 5% and any other applicable charges.

• Upon purchasing the ticket successfully, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email.

• Please bring a valid ID card/KK/passport/driving licence/student card with your personal information that matches what is reflected on the e-ticket in order to redeem your wristband/tickets.

• By purchasing tickets to 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta), you agree to the collection, storage, and limited use of your personal data for the purposes of 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta).

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets sold cannot be exchanged, cashed out or refunded.

• The promoter is not responsible for situations in which the negligence of the e-ticket buyer leads to the use/tampering/appropriation of the e-ticket and its contents by another individual. Upon discovery of such situations, the e-ticket will be nulled and deemed invalid, and the buyer will forfeit the rights previously entitled to the e-ticket holder.

• There are four categories for this concert: VIP, PLATINUM, GOLD, and SILVER. All categories will have numbered seating.

• After successful payment, the customer will receive a purchase confirmation via email.

• The e-ticket with a QR code and seat number will be sent no later than seven days before the event to the email address used during the purchase.

• The e-ticket contains a QR Code and will be used to redeem your wristbands. The QR Code is only valid for wristband redemption for one time. Only ticket holders with valid wristbands (official wristbands redeemed through the e-ticket) will be permitted to enter the venue.

• Please do not share or disseminate the QR Code and/or QR Code number in the e-ticket in any form (photo uploads, emails, screen shots). The QR Code listed on e-ticket is confidential and must not be damaged until you have redeemed your wristband and successfully entered the venue.

• The ticket holder must occupy the position assigned by the promoter according to the category to which the purchased ticket belongs.

• Raffle fan benefit will be posted on TipTip's social media no later than seven days before the event date.

• The promoter has the right to change or add other conditions without prior notice.

Information on Wristband Redemption

• More details regarding wristband redemption will be shared at a later stage through TipTip social media.​

• Wristband redemption requirements:

  • TipTip E-ticket

  • Original and valid KTP/KK/SIM/passport/student card. Your name on your personal identification document must match the one reflected on your e-ticket.

  • If redeemed by a representative:

    • A signed power of attorney letter (the power of attorney letter can be downloaded from this link)

    • A photocopy of the ID card/family card/driver’s license/passport/student card (matching the name on the e-ticket)​​

    • A valid and original ID card/family card/driver’s license/passport/student card as stated in the power of attorney letter (of the authorized person)​

• No wristband replacement will be issued or permitted under any circumstances. You will be responsible for ensuring that your wristband(s) is not lost, stolen and/or damaged. Promoters will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged wristband(s).

• Children under the age of 6 (six) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 (eighteen) or over. Children above the age of 3 (three) are required to have a ticket to attend the event.​​

Special Needs Services

• Wheelchair accessible seating will be available in limited quantities. To get your booking authorized, you must present your medical certificate from a legitimate institution and physician as proof of disability along with a stamped Letter of Statement signed by a spouse/family member/guardian. The Promoter only accepts legitimate medical certificates issued by a medical professional or institution.

• Please send the file in PDF format to helpcare@tiptip.id no later than August 15, 2025, with the subject: "Special Needs Service - 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta) - [Full Name]"

• Pregnant women are required to bring a doctor's recommendation letter and a stamped permit or letter of statement from their husband/family member. 
   

Notice / Attention​

• No re-entry is allowed for this event.

• The Promoter reserves the right to prohibit entry to the venue for a valid wristband that contains a previously scanned QR Code.
   

General Policy​

• Every event attendee is responsible for their own safety, health, and personal security. The Promoter and/or Management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur to the event attendee within event premises or before/during/after the event

• Official tickets will only be sold through the platforms announced on TipTip official social media accounts (Instagram @tiptipid, TikTok @tiptip_id, X @tiptip_id) only at ahnhyoseop.tiptip.id. Ticket(s) purchased from unofficial and unauthorized third party are at the sole risk and responsibility of the ticket purchaser.

• Purchaser hereby agrees to release the Promoter from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or other causes beyond capacity and will of the Promoter.

• In the event of a cancelled concert, tickets will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Promoter. Refunds do not include platform fee, convenience fee, and/or any other personal costs of the ticket buyer (e.g. travel expenses, accommodation expenses, etc).

• The ticket(s) are sold by the Promoter directly to the ticket buyer. Any ticket(s) purchased by business or traders for the purpose of ticket resales and/or marketing is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and hence may be considered invalid and can be nullified. Tickets purchased from third-party websites and unauthorized resellers are at the sole risk and responsibility of the ticket purchaser.

• The Ticket Holder grants the Promoter the right to record and use any video and picture for publicity, promotion or other commercial purposes related to 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta) in future.

• Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or evict ticket holders who do not abide by the Terms and Conditions of the event and/or intentionally create situations that are detrimental to any involved party, at the sole discretion of the promoter.

• By purchasing tickets to 2025 AHN HYO SEOP FANMEETING I WANT TO SAY (Love, Jakarta), ticket buyers and ticket holders agree to comply with all the Terms & Conditions of the event that are valid from the time of purchase up until the conclusion of the event.

• Promoter does not permit any form of harassment and/or bullying. Any event attendee observed, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, to be exhibiting these behaviors may be removed from the event.

• It is prohibited to take photos and/or videos using professional cameras and/or other recording devices, including conducting live streaming within the event area. The Event Organizer reserves the right to take necessary actions, including removing the Ticket Holder from the event area.

• The following items are not permitted in the event area:

  • Outside food and drinks.

  • Any type of professional camera, DSLR, instant / polaroid camera, GoPro, drone etc.

  • Any souvenirs / toy from fans.

  • Ipad / tablet.

  • Selfie stick, tripod etc.

  • Bag, size bigger than 420mm x 297mm x 210mm.

  • Any portable chairs.

  • Folding umbrella with size no bigger than 25cm.

  • Flash light and any laser pointers.

  • Banner, flag with size more than A4.

  • Weapon and any other sharp and harmful objects.

  • Liquour and illegal / non-prescription drugs.

  • Cigarettes, vape and e-cigarettes.

  • Lighter and any flammable materials.

  • Airhorns, megaphones and any other items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.
